Aloo- Kale ki sabzi

Ingredients
1 noPotato (cubed)
6 stksKale (large )
1 noOnion ( chopped)
2 cloveGarlic (crushed)
¼ tspTurmeric powder
¼ tspRed chili powder
1 tspCoriander powder
½ tspGaram masala powder
½ tspSalt
¼ tspMustard
¼ tspCumin seeds
4 nosCurry leaves



  1. boil the potatoes and cut in cubes.
  2.  Wash the kale, cut off the thick stalks and separate the leaes. Chop them finely and keep aside. 
  3. heat 2 tspmustard oil in a frying pan and splutter mustard, cumin and curry leaves.
  4.  Saute the onions and garlic until translucent, 
  5. add the chopped kale and stir fry until it wilts. (another 3 minutes).
  6.  Now add the cooked potatoes along with turmeric powder, red chili powder, salt and garam masala. 
  7. Stir-fry for 3 mintues over low medium flame or until everything blends with the masala.
  8. Add one big chopped tomato and cook till done.
  9. Serve
